    The location is perfect as it is just a quick Didi to other big hotels, La Floret, and the Tropical Paradise Forest Park. the room is spacious, fully equipped with a kitchenette, comfortable beds, and clean bathroom with a view. the hotel offers a nice gym, store, and great service. the staff, especially the cleaning staff, is very polite and attentive to details.

    The dining room staff can improve their people skills as they were quite pushy about payment during breakfast, leading to an uncomfortable experience.

    I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive and polite, from the cleaning crew to the front desk staff. The hotel had nice facilities including a gym and a store, easy to stay in if I wanted to escape the heat outside. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and other places nearby. I also enjoyed the breakfast provided with a good variety of food.

    The staff in charge of cleaning were very professional and always on point, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. the front desk people were helpful and quick to assist me. the location of the hotel is perfect, just a short drive or walk to other resorts, attractions, and parks in the beautiful area surrounding it.

    Sadly, I had an issue with the dining room staff, and it impacted my experience. After accusing me of not paying upfront for breakfast, the staff members ruined my meal with their pestering and made me feel extremely embarrassed.

    The cleaning staff were amazing and really attentive to detail. , the front desk people were helpful and assisted me well. Location wise, I found it to be a great spot and it made everything easily accessible. it was an okay stay.

    The staff at the dining room need to work on their people skills. When I paid for my breakfast upfront, I still got accused of not paying and was hounded by two Chinese staff while I was eating.

    Staying at this hotel was an exquisite experience. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities available throughout the venue. the room advantages were exclusive, with spacious and tastefully decorated spaces, including a beautiful private balcony and a well-equipped kitchenette. the staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and the service exceeded my expectations. Access to the outdoor swimming pool, with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a beautiful garden area, provided a relaxing atmosphere for sunbathing and swimming.

    Despite the fantastic service provided by the cleaning staff, people skills training was insufficient for the dining staff.
